What’s Going on?
The Spring real estate market in the DMV is in full swing! We are seeing tremendous buyer activity coupled with a continued lack of inventory or homes for sale. There are simply not enough properties on the market for qualified buyers with some homes selling as ‘coming soon’ listings before even making it to the market.
This imbalance has created a seller’s market, so if you’re a buyer in the marketplace, having a strategy for finding and securing these homes is important. Our team are experts at locating these off market properties and positioning buyers to win an offer on their dream home, and it doesn’t always mean coming in with the highest price.
