Jennifer takes great pride in helping her clients achieve their goals. Her patience, commitment, persistence, and passion for serving others have been hallmarks of her success, starting with her career as a speech pathologist at Inova Hospitals for twenty-two years and now carrying forward into her career in real estate. This unique experience allows her to create trusting relationships with her clients built on a mutual understanding and an effective strategy for individual real estate needs – whether that is buying, selling, or searching for the next investment.

As a NOVA resident with her family since 1996, Jennifer has a deep understanding of the area and translating that to a family’s needs for a home, community, and the overall real estate process. She developed a passion for understanding all aspects of the real estate market when she and her husband bought their first home during a competitive market in Alexandria. Since then, the next phase of their family brought them to Loudoun County where they have raised their three children. Jennifer continued to commit the last decade to real estate investments and property management in and around Northern Virginia, culminating with the opportunity to join the Jennifer Young Homes Team. As a Listing and Buyer Specialist, she works to make every client’s experience extraordinary. She listens to what is important and fully commits to supporting her clients in every step of the process, thoughtfully planning each detail, fearlessly overcoming obstacles, and recognizing time is valuable. Jennifer is a proud alumnus of James Madison University where she graduated with her BS and MS.
