Suntrust Short Sale Approved in Arlington VA

503 Wakefield St
We just got the approval letters for this short sale in Arlington, VA. It was put on the market in the beginning of October, and we had a contract in a little over two weeks! We got the approval in just a month and should be closing before the first week of February. Only four months from listing to closing on this short sale! That is a great turn around for a short sale and we are happy for our clients to be able to move on from this very soon!
