Prince William County is now the second most populated county in the state, behind Fairfax County. Prince William County just surpassed Virginia Beach! The fastest growing county, Loudoun, has moved to the # 4 spot according to the University of Virginia, and what we are seeing on the ground as well. People are moving to these counties to get more house for their money and for less crowded schools.
