Great news for our sellers as their Fredericksburg short sale has been sold and we closed August 20th, 2014! The home sold for $269,500 which is HALF of what they owed to their mortgage company, Chase bank! All defficiency rights have been waived, so our clients will never be pursued for any remainder on their loans.
This was a daunting short sale because the value of the home had dropped so much. I am sure our clients felt helpless when they started this process, but we were able to negotiate with the buyers and the banks to get this home sold! So happy for our clients to be able to move on from this situation and start their road to recovery.
