5206 Woodleaf Ct Centreville – Short Sale CLOSED!
ASC of Wells Fargo had approved the buyers offer of $475,000. We have officially closed on the sale. Our clients were given their $3,000 relocation assistance! As far as short sales go, this is a great success! I love when our clients get a relocation assistance to help towards moving out of their home. This can help take some of the stress out of a very stressful situation. The deficiency rights have also been waived under HAFA so our clients need not to worry about being pursued for any of the balance owed on their mortgage.
The total stilled owed on our client’s first and second trust was $517,069.74. The bank accepted the buyers offer of $475,000 and took a loss of over $42,000!
We are happy to see our clients be out from this financial burden and hope that they can move on from this quickly!
