15557 Winding Creek Dr. Short Sale APPROVED AGAIN!

Capital One Short Sale Approval with all deficiency rights being waived. The investor was fannie mae. The file was approved this past August but the buyer couldn’t perform. We now have a second buyer in place and the short sale was approved again. We hope to close before the beginning of November. Congratulations to our clients and we hope they will be on their way to recovery soon!
1st trust unpaid balance: $304,464.72
Purchase agreement is $229,000
The bank will take a loss of over $70,000! This is a big success with negotiations and working on closing before the end of October!
