Jennifer Young Homes is proud to join the fight against Childhood Cancers and stand up for our country’s littlest warriors. We are happy to announce we will be supporting a local non-profit near and dear to our hearts, Alex’s Army Childhood Cancer Foundation. Our annual donation goal is $10,000 – and you can help!
 
When Jennifer saw through social media that an old classmate’s son had been battling cancer since the age of five, she reached out to see what we could do to help. Over the years our team was inspired by Alex’s battle, and when Alex passed away at the age of 12 in 2016, we knew we wanted to do more. Alex’s family started Alex’s Army Childhood Cancer Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit whose mission is to fund research for new treatments, raise awareness for all childhood cancers, and to help support the childhood cancer community. Since Alex’s passing they have ensured that Alex’s Army would press on to help as many families as possible facing the same terrible reality.
 
We urge you to read the staggering statistics below about childhood cancer. Please join our team in support- ing Alex’s Army through direct donation or by referring us a person who is buying or selling a home; every donation takes us one step closer to funding to help discover cures. No family should have to face childhood cancer, but until we have cures, Alex’s Army is here to help. Let’s all try to make a difference.
