Why You Should List Your Home for Sale this Fall!

Jennifer Young with Keller Williams Realty and I want it and talk about the
fall market. I’m asked by a lot of sellers if it’s a good time to list their home because most sellers think they should wait and not list their home now and wait until the spring.
We are telling all of our sellers, “List Now!”. And the reason is, every other seller is taking their home off the market. Buyers are out now because interest rates are low and they want to capture the low interest rates before they go up higher.
Buyers are out, all the sellers are taking their homes off the market if they didn’t sell, anticipating it being a slow fall and winter market. But we’re busy, and we are selling homes!  We have lower inventory because others have taken their homes off the market and buyers want to capture low interest rates.
It is a great time to sell! If you are a buyer, it’s a great time to buy to capture these low thirty-year fixed interest rates before they go up again in 2016!
Call us today and 703-400-6757 if you would like to talk more about the fall and winter market!
If you are looking to buy or sell in the Northern Virginia area, this is a great time! Please give our team a call! We would love to help you find your dream home!
