Preparing Your Home to Sell

Hi everyone and happy Sunday!
I just wanted to do a quick video and tell you about an appointment I just went on in Sterling, Virginia. I met with a wonderful young couple who are considering selling their town home and moving to a single family home because their family is growing.
I walked the town home with them. I told her about certain areas of the home they might want to declutter or to update to get the best selling price. I talked about the process of selling and buying a new home; the overall logistics. I recommended my contractors and went through the whole process.
This is something we do every week on our team. We meet with sellers who may not be ready to do anything yet but want to get a game plan together so that they’re ready when they are ready to list their home and they’re not scrambling to do things last minute.
We did it for free and there’s no obligation if you’re thinking about doing a move up or downsizing. We’re happy to talk to you at no cost! Have a great day!
