More Increase in Contracts Signed Last Month than in the Past Year!
This spring market has been going strong! We predicted that it would start earlier than many people suspect “spring” market typically starts. January started strong! And we have been happy to see that it has stayed steady and even gotten stronger with each month since January!
We had a 3.5% increase in contracts signed last month which is the biggest increase in the past year! We have seen many new listings under contract quickly!
