Hi Jennifer, I am writing you this e-mail to thank your team for the oustanding job representing me in my home purchase. Mr. Edson Magallanes, my realtor, was very knowledgeable about the short sale process. He was also very helpful in answering and returning my calls in a short time. He updated daily about the process, but sometimes hourly and he gave that peace of mind that somebody was defending my interest even I wasn’t there. But, let me tell the most important thing I like about him. When we were looking for a property and we needed to see homes, he was very flexible with the schedule and I called him most of the times in weekend and in 2 or 3 hours we were looking at the property. This is what every buyer need flexibility and speed in looking, finding and purchasing a property. Mr Magallanes helped also with financial needs, especially when I had some issues with my financing bank, almost at the end of the loan process, he made several calls on my behalf to find me another lender. And generally he assisted me all the way to the end. Even he was not present personally at the walk through and closing due to a family death, he assigned another collegue to help with the last steps in the process. The realtor was Peter and he was also very helpful. I didn’t feel any discontinuity of support .
Thank you. JOB WELL DONE.
