Four Homes Closed in Two Days!

It has been a busy last few days in our office. We have closed on four homes in a matter of two days this week. Not to mention getting contracts on five other homes! Our team has been working hard to get everyone’s contracts completed!
One of the homes was an REO/Bank owned property, which was under contract within three days.
Another one of the homes we closed on this week was a short sale in Dumfries with Capital One Bank. We are so happy for our clients to be able to move on from this financial burden. This seller was listed for months with another realtor and we took it over and were able to get it closed for this seller.
Our other two closings this week were for a beautiful townhouse in Manassas and a gorgeous single family home in Chantilly. Both of these homes were under contract in less than 10 days! Our clients are thrilled that their homes sold so quickly and for prices they were very happy with.
We deal with a variety of different types of sellers whether they are regular home owners ready to put their home on the market, a seller that is forced to try a short sale before they have to be foreclosed on, or a bank that is trying to get a home off their hands. We have an amazingly talented team that has extensive experience in multiple areas. We love being able to work with a wide range of clients and helping each one be happy with the results.
Since we are able to work with a wide range of clients and types of sales, we are able to better understand the market from many different angles. We also have established good relationships with title companies, banks, loan officers, contractors that can get work done quickly, inspectors and many other services that are needed during the buying and selling process. We can use those good relationships and people we trust to get our clients the help that they need in a timely manner. We know what to expect when it comes to time lines and negotiations and we take pride in getting our clients the best price possible in the quickest time possible.
