Closed on Nationstar Woodbridge Short Sale Approved in Record Time!

We are so happy for our clients after we were able to close on their short sale last week. Their loan was with Nationstar. We got the approval within record time and were able to close within
Short sale approval for Nationstar with all deficiency rights being waived. 

They still owed $192,282.27 on their originial loan. Nationstar accepted the buyers offer of $122,000. This was a total loss of over $70,000 for the bank! And they waived all deficiency rights.
