BB&T Short Sale SOLD in Fredericksburg, VA!

This beautiful home was purchased by our sellers in 2005. They owed their lenders, BB&T short sale and 21st Mortgage over $645,000 at the time they decided to sell with our team. Unfortunately, the home is worth much less in today’s market and just SOLD for only $435,000. We managed to get this short sale sold in just 3 months and the lenders both agreed to waive deficiencies! Congrats to our sellers. Here is what they had to say about our service:
“Jennifer and her team did a terrific job on the listing and short sale of our home. Her and her team took the hassle out of what is a challenging life event, including handling all of the negotiations with all parties involved. She ensured we were kept informed throughout the entire process via emails and telephone calls. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the outcome.”  S.E.
