Jen Nemerow

Jen grew up in Northern Virginia with real estate in her blood. Her parents’ success as real estate investors inspired her to attend Virginia Commonwealth University, where she graduated with a degree in real estate and land development. After careers as an entrepreneur in the fashion industry in retail and wholesale sales, Jen returned to her love – real estate – and began a new chapter of her career in 2015.

Specializing as a listing agent, Jen serves as the seller’s representative, which means she has a legal obligation to work on the seller’s behalf – to get the highest possible price and the best terms available for the seller. Jen is customer driven and focused, dedicated to helping her customers close the best deal. She enjoys getting to know her customers and working with them, from start to finish, through the sales process.
