Five Curb Appeal Updates for Under Fifty Dollars!
curb appeal before and after
Curb appeal is a huge deal in marketing your home for sale. Buyers tend to make a decision about whether they like a home within the first 30 seconds of being there. Those 30 seconds can literally be used up walking up to your front door. Here are some great ideas to take your curb appeal to its next level!

Curb Appeal Fixes under $50

1. Paint the Door

Painting your front door can make a huge statement and improve the front of your house! Neutral is still best but you can go with a beautiful slate blue, smokey grey, powder blue, or even brick red! You can research the best door color for the color of your house and within a couple hours and the price of a can of paint, and your door will make a new statement!
2. Paint your Windows
By painting the trim on your windows, it can really make your windows pop! It will make them look fresh and clean as well! Again, a few hours and a can of paint can make a big difference in your curb appeal!
3. TRIM
This is free except for some time and sweat! Trim those bushes! Make them look square and uniform or just get them under control! This can help your house looked cared for and manicured!
4. Color!

5. Fix it!
Are there cracks in your walk way or steps? Is the front faucet leaking? Are the gutters hanging off the house in a few spots? By taking some time and a few dollars to fix these things, it can make your house look much more cared for and look much more clean too!
